Description

Hockey Dynasty is an online ice hockey management game, giving you the chance to manage and coach your own virtual hockey club against other players from around the world. The game is a challenging and realistic simulation of managing a professional hockey team, and will challenge even the most confident armchair GMs out there. It doesn't require hours of play every day for you to be successful, and can be as casual or as serious as you like.

The game is played in your browser, so you can manage your team any time, from anywhere. The game world runs in real time updating each day, and a season in Hockey Dynasty lasts about 4 months. As your team's general manager and coach you will manage contracts, scout new talent, set training schedules and tactics, and nurture your players as they develop throughout their careers. You also have trades, draft picks, and free agents at your disposal.

Hockey Dynasty features a dynamic match engine that allows you to customize your own tactics and create the team you've always dreamed of. Every player has a different set of skills and talents, and you have the freedom to build the team you want around your preferred playing style. Solid defence? Fast-paced offence? Brutal aggression? Whatever your preference, your team's identity is completely up to you.

Doesn't need work, already is a great game, great community, wonderful simple UI and great simple game concepts. The game is evolving season after season. Simply the best hockey game imo.

I'm really looking forward to this returning. I have so many plans for my team's future, and I can't wait until the game is back to 100%. It has an awesome community and a really nice owner, something you really don't see often anymore.

Anyone with programming and/or managing skills interested in reviving this game? A few people could start up a community driven programming project which can possibly end up in a revival of this wonderful game.

Developing a game takes time, a team speeds it up.

Community is off the ground. A few former players have started the development. The team consists of a forum admin, forum moderator and 2 developers. We are looking for more members to strengthen our team. In particular we need a graphical designer.
